At Ribbons & Reeves, we are working with a Barking & Dagenham Secondary School. This Maths and Physics Teaching Assistant role requires supporting multitudes of Students across the GCSE and A Level curriculums, with small group and 1:1 support.

Maths and Physics Teaching Assistant | Job Summary

• £90-100 Per day (inclusive of holiday pay) | Paid on a weekly basis via PAYE
• September start, full time, term-time only
• Offering 1:1 support and group support across GCSE and A-Level Maths and Physics
• High knowledge level of GCSE and A-Level Maths and Physics with a focus on progress and abilities
• Working with children of varying abilities
• Supporting the Class Teacher in lesson planning, delivering and behaviour management

To be successful in this role, the Maths and Physics Teaching Assistant will have high attainment in GCSE and A Level in both Maths and Physics. Child based experience is preferable but not necessary. You will also have a 1:1 or 2:1 Degree in Maths, and/or Physics from a leading UK University.
