MFL ECT | The Role:

• Permanent MFL ECT role starting September 2024
• OFSTED rated ‘Good’ Secondary School in Whitton
• Highly experienced members of staff in place to mentor & support the ECT programme
• Salary: Outer London Pay Scale | M1-M6 = £34,514-£46,001

MFL ECT | Personal Specification:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Obtained at least a 2:1 Language Degree from a UK Top 20 University
• Recent observations demonstrate ability to ‘Meet’ or ‘Exceed’ the Teaching Standards
• Confident with GCSE / A-Level MFL planning and teaching

This Whitton based Secondary School are looking to employ an MFL ECT who demonstrates initiative and has a passion for helping students to achieve their full potential within their specialism.
