MFL Graduate – Havering – Start Date: ASAP

We are looking to appoint an ambitious MFL Graduate to join our dedicated team in Havering. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a career in education at an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ rated school.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• A 2:1 or 1:1 MFL Degree from a leading UK university
• Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Strong knowledge of the GCSE and A Level curriculum
• High expectations for student behaviour and achievement
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and development
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working as part of a team

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
• Work closely with the SEN team to plan and implement tailored learning strategies
• Help students both inside and outside of class, supporting their learning and personal development
