Requirements:

• A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from Oxford or Cambridge University in any discipline
• Enthusiasm and resilience in supporting student progress
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ideally, some prior experience working with children/tutoring, with a particular focus on SEN being a bonus, but this is not essential

 

Job Description:

• Supporting the lead teacher in delivering lessons and assisting with class management
• Provide additional support to students who require extra help, adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs, and assist with lesson planning
