- Provide 1:1 and small group interventions in their specialist subject
- Support their personal development
- Show enthusiasm for academia and create a ‘love for learning’.
- Be employed on a full-time basis
- Be paid £400-£500 per week
- Have direct experience working with specialists in your field of study
- Opportunities to qualify as a teacher and gain QTS
- First-Class or 2:1 degree from Oxford or Cambridge University
- Child centred experience is desirable
- Ambitions to further your career through practical experiences
