Unqualified Physics Teacher - Esher, Surrey

A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a passionate Physics graduate to join a vibrant secondary school in Esher, Surrey. This full-time role offers an ideal pathway into a teaching career for someone enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge and fostering a love for Physics.

Location: Esher, Surrey
Salary: £480 - £600 per week, pro rata
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only, until July 2025

About the Role:
  • Lead Physics lessons across the school, breaking down complex concepts to engage and challenge students.
  • Collaborate with an experienced science department, using innovative methods to bring the curriculum to life.
  • Support students' learning journeys, monitoring progress and providing feedback to help them achieve their potential.

Requirements:
  • A 2:1 or 1st class degree in Physics (or a closely related subject) from a top university.
  • Proven experience leading a classroom or working in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication skills, organisation, and the ability to adapt teaching to suit varied learning styles.
