- Offer support in a variety of ways to help students succeed
- Foster a positive, interactive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere
- Collaborate closely with teachers to ensure every child receives the assistance they need
- Handle classroom behaviour with confidence, particularly with children facing learning difficulties or behavioural challenges
- A 2:1 or higher bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field from a Russell Group University
- Proven experience in supporting SEN students in a Primary school setting
- Excellent communication skills and effective behaviour management techniques
- Comfort in supporting children with complex behavioural or learning challenges
