About the Role: As a Psychology Graduate in Redbridge, you’ll work within a large and inclusive school where behaviour management is crucial. This role involves providing tailored 1:1 and small group support, focusing on students’ progress and attainment. You'll collaborate closely with the SEN team and be confident in leading support sessions to help students succeed.

Essential Requirements:

  • A 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology Degree from a leading UK university
  • Previous child-based experience, especially with SEN
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in managing behaviour
Specific Responsibilities:

  • Support students across various subjects in Years 7-13
  • Focus on boosting progress and attainment
  • Collaborate effectively with the SEN team to address diverse learning needs
Contract & Pay:

  • Full-time, term-time only
  • £90-£100 per day
  • Start Date: ASAP
