- Provide 1:1 support to SEN children, including those with Autism, Global Delay, and Speech & Language difficulties
- Assist in delivering tailored interventions and support within the classroom
- Collaborate with teachers and the SENCo to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with children who have Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Help monitor student progress and adapt learning strategies to meet individual needs
