*Obtained at least a 2:1 in a Psychology Degree from a Top UK University, as well as having UK QTS
*Ability to plan and teach engaging Psychology lessons to students up to KS5
*Ambition to progress through the school
*Committed to safeguarding and ensuring a safe environment for all learners
