A Primary School in Merton is searching for a talented English graduate to join their team as a Teaching Assistant, starting immediately!

 

The Role:

• Immediate start, with term-time hours, initially until at least July 2025
• Work in a fantastic Primary school in Merton, central London (great transport links)
• £90-100 per day (paid weekly via PAYE)
• Support Senior Teachers in lesson planning and delivery, ensuring all students grasp the content
• Assist with classroom management and address behavioural challenges as they arise

 

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in English from a Russell Group university
• Strong A-levels (overall academic excellence will be highly regarded)
• Experience working with children, tutoring, or teaching is a plus
• A confident personality with the ability to manage behaviour and tackle challenges effectively
