School Business Manager

Roles involves overseeing the operational management of the non-academic aspects of the school, finance, human resources, administration, health and safety, estate and facilities management, information technology, marketing and fundraising
Assume a strategic position in guiding, supervising and motivating the school's non-teaching staff members
Full time and term time only
Starting Salary is £50-58k
Must have an Enhanced DBS
Must have SIMs and FMS experience

Working as a School Business Manager is essential to the school's everyday operations and offers a dedicated and driven administrator numerous chance for professional advancement.

As a School Business Manager you will need to be highly organised, enjoy working with people and be able to communicate professionally with people at all levels.

A degree in Business Management or another relevant field
Prior experience in the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead
Experience working in a busy school environment
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong experience of Microsoft software
Proficiency in collaborating with a diverse set of internal and external part
Experience managing and supervising an organization's reporting and budgeting
