School Business Manager Summary:

• Roles involves overseeing the operational management of the non-academic aspects of the school, finance, human resources, administration, health and safety, estate and facilities management, information technology, marketing and fundraising
• Assume a strategic position in guiding, supervising and motivating the school's non-teaching staff members 
• Starting Salary is £40k+ 
• Must be willing to have or undergo an Enhanced DBS

Work will be fast paced and enjoyable, there is good variety of work available from finance to admin to human resources.  As a School Business Manager, you will need to be highly organised, enjoy working with people and be able to communicate professionally with people at all levels.

School Business Manager Requirements:

• Prior school experience in business management, operations roles
• Experience working in a busy school environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong experience of Microsoft software
• Proficiency in collaborating with a diverse set of internal and external part
• Experience managing and supervising an organisation's reporting and budgeting, HR and administration
