School HR and Finance Administrator | Kingston Upon Thames

 

An up-and-coming school in Kingston Upon Thames are currently seeking a School HR and Finance Administrator to join their support team. Candidates with HR and Finance experience within a school setting are strongly encouraged to apply!

 

 As the School HR and Finance Administrator you will assist the senior management team with the HR and Finance function of the school.

 

School HR and Finance Administrator role Summary:

 

  • Based in Kingston Upon Thames.
  • School HR and Finance Salary £26,000 - £30,000 per annum.
  • Experience in HR and Finance, school experience desirable.
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
  • Experience of school systems such as SIMS, FMS etc required.
  • Must be willing to complete an enhanced DBS

 

School HR and Finance Administrator responsibilities include:

 

  • Ensuring an effective HR administrative service is provided to line managers.
  • Assisting with accounts payable and managing finance systems.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional, effective and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and post purchase orders, invoices, refunds and other bookkeeping tasks.
  • HR related responsibilities including recruitment, payroll and maintenance of staff personal data.
