Salary: £36,412+ (Outer London pay scale)

 
Science ECT – Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4.
• Support students in developing a strong understanding of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise achievement.
• Work closely with your ECT mentor to enhance teaching practices.
• Participate in extracurricular Science clubs, STEM activities, and school events.
• Follow safeguarding and behaviour policies to create a positive learning environment.

 
Science ECT – Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending completion of Initial Teacher Training.
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Science.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and supporting student progress.
• Effective communication and organisational skills.
