The opportunity for a passionate, ambitious and dedicated Science Teacher (ECT) to work at an exciting and progressive Secondary School in Kensington & Chelsea has just become available.
Starting in September 2024, this Science Teacher (ECT) opportunity will see you joining a creative and innovative Science department that is ready to help support you during your ECT years.
We are specifically looking to appoint a Science Teacher (ECT) who is passionate about working in disadvantaged communities as the school have a significant high number of Pupil Premium students.
You will join a growing Science department and under the guidance of a talented Head of Department. The successful Science Teacher (ECT) will be mentored by an experienced Lead Practitioner and have weekly CPD training along with all of the school’s other ECT cohort.
This Science Teacher (ECT) opportunity is suitable for an individual with a fantastic track record who is excited to watch students flourish and progress. This Science Teacher (ECT) role will see you delivering a high-quality of teaching that drives achievement and inspires learning.

This Biology Teacher (ECT) role will see you joining a fantastic team lead by a fantastic HOD who is excited to collaborate with the incoming Biology Teacher to further enhance the school’s Science offering.
- UK Teaching qualification such as a PGCE, SCITT, or Bachelor of Education (BEd)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Minimum of a 2:1 degree within Biology
- Ability to deliver outstanding attainment and achievements up to KS5
- Innovative and creative approach ready to engage, enthuse and progress learning
- Exceptional subject knowledge of Biology
