The Role – Science Teacher & Head of Year

• Deliver high-quality Science lessons and inspire students to achieve their potential
  
  
• Oversee the pastoral care, behaviour, and academic progress of a year group
  
  
• Lead and manage a team of Form Tutors to ensure students receive the necessary support
  
  
• Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to contribute to the school's strategic vision
  
  
• Organise enrichment activities, school trips, and interventions to support student development
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• BA in Science and QTS
  
  
• Experience as a Science Teacher with a track record of strong student outcomes
  
  
• Leadership skills with the ability to support both students and staff
  
  
• Strong communication and organisational skills to manage pastoral responsibilities
