Science Teacher - Second in Charge (2ic) – The role
As 2iC of Science, you will play a key role in shaping the department’s vision and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning. 

Working closely with the Head of Science, you will:

• Support in leading and developing the Science curriculum.
• Mentor and guide colleagues to improve teaching practice.
• Assist in raising attainment and progress across all key stages.
• Contribute to departmental improvement planning and assessment strategies.
• Champion student engagement and enrichment within Science.

Science Teacher - Second in Charge (2ic) – What are we looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Science teacher who:

• Has a strong track record of excellent teaching across KS3-KS5.
• Is passionate about Science education and committed to student success.
• Has experience in leading initiatives, mentoring staff, or curriculum development.
• Is keen to take on leadership responsibilities and drive innovation.
