About the Role:

• Location: Hillingdon, London
• Job Title: Secondary Science Teacher & Head of Year
• Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
• Start Date: Immediate
• Salary: M5 (TLR1 for Head of Year responsibilities)

What You’ll Do:

• Teach Science across Key Stage 3 and 4 (A-Level possible depending on experience)
• Lead a year group, guiding and supporting students and staff
• Work closely with the pastoral team to monitor student progress and wellbeing
• Manage behaviour, promote high standards, and support students' personal growth
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Science teacher with secondary teaching experience
• Leadership experience or a strong desire to take on a pastoral role
• Passion for supporting young people and making a difference
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
