Secondary Teaching Assistant – Role Overview:

• Location: Wandsworth
• Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per year (pro rata)
• Start Date: November 2024, running through to July 2025
• Supporting students aged 11–18 through 1:1 and small group interventions
• Assisting in class to boost student understanding, motivation, and engagement

 
Secondary Teaching Assistant – Requirements:

• 2:1 or First-Class Subject Specialism Degree from a UK university, ideally with strong A-Levels and GCSE results
• A passion for education and helping students reach their full potential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and supportive approach
• Willingness to engage with school life, including clubs, activities, and school events
