SEMH Teaching Assistant – Redbridge – Immediate Start

About the Role | SEMH Teaching Assistant
  • Start date: ASAP, continuing throughout the 2024/25 academic year
  • Work closely with class teachers to implement personalised strategies for supporting students with SEMH needs
  • Assist with behaviour management, helping students develop emotional regulation and coping skills
  • Provide one-to-one and group support, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Be part of a friendly and collaborative team that prioritises professional development and sharing best practices
