• Assist the student both in and out of the classroom, helping them stay engaged in their learning.

What we are looking for in a SEMH Teaching Assistant:

• A bachelor’s degree from a top UK university, ideally in Psychology or a related subject.
• Previous experience with SEMH students is desirable but not essential.
• An outgoing and confident personality that can build strong relationships with students.
• A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs.
