- Work alongside qualified SEND professionals, Specialist Teachers and Educational Psychologists and learn first hand
- Role Paying £400-£500 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
- First-Class or 2:1 Psychology related degree from a top 20 UK university
- Previous experience working with children with SEND is essential
SEN Support Assistant | Job Role
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with varied SEN, including Autism (ASD), speech and language challenges, and social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH).
- Assist children with phonics, early numeracy, and social skills to help them build strong foundational abilities.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the students, guaranteeing a safe environment for all children
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and supporting students learning in build independence
