Your Responsibilities:
- SEN Support: Provide dedicated assistance to students with SEN, both individually and in small groups
- Tailoring Learning Resources: Modify and prepare learning materials to suit each student's unique needs
- Holistic Support: Offer support in a variety of ways to help students thrive
- Fostering an Engaging Classroom: Help maintain a positive, stimulating learning environment
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure every child receives the support they need to excel
- Behaviour Management: Confidently manage challenging behaviour, particularly for students with additional learning needs
What We’re Looking For:
- A 2:1 bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology or a related field from a Top 30 UK University
- Previous experience working with SEN students in a Primary school setting is essential
- Strong communication skills and effective behaviour management strategies
- Confidence in supporting children with challenging behaviour and additional learning needs
- Compassion, patience, and resilience are key qualities we value
