SEN Teacher – Bromley
Are you a dedicated SEN Teacher with a passion for making a positive impact on young lives? We are seeking an inspiring and committed SEN Teacher to join an independent specialist school in Bromley.
The school provides specialist education for pupils with a primary diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Conditions, many of whom have additional complex needs that are addressed through tailored educational and therapeutic strategies.

SEN Teacher | Southwark | Role Overview:
- Teach a mixed class of 8 children in KS3-KS5 with Autism
- Lead a team of three Teaching Assistants to provide focused and personalised support
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to each child’s development
- Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team to develop students’ skills and well-being
- Make a positive impact on children’s academic and social progress, encouraging confidence and independence
- Supportive school committed to fostering each child’s growth and development
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN Teaching
- Compassionate and patient individual with a strong understanding of Autism and communication needs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team
- Permanent, Full-time role
- Outer London M1-M6 + SEN Allowance
- Weekly CPD session every Tuesday & Thursday
