• Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.

SEN Teaching Assistant – Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience working in SEN schools or specialist settings is essential.
• Team Teach certification is required to support students effectively with challenging behaviours.
• A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students with complex needs.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in specialist environments over mainstream schools.
