SEN Teaching Assistant | Lewisham | September 2024

 

Are you a graduate of Psychology or Education with a passion for unlocking the potential of SEN students? If so, we are seeking confident graduates looking to catapault into a career in education.

 

This SEN Teaching Assistant role is perfect for aspiring SEN Teachers, Educational Psychologists, Child Psychologists, and Clinical Psychologists who want practical experience and a chance to work with and learn from experts in their field!

 

In your SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will be supporting SEN students in focus groups or 1:1 settings, as well as assisting the teacher in the classroom.

 

Graduate Role (SEN Teaching Assistant)

  • Earn £500 per week + holiday pay
  • Gain crucial experience in an 'Outstanding School' with spectacular resources
  • Support children with ASD, ADHD and SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health) needs
  • Work closely alongside qualified SEN staff, Educational Psychologists and Mental Health Professionals
  • Easy transport links from the DLR
  • Long-term contract from September 2024 - July 2025
  • Onsite specialist SEN training

 

A brilliant opportunity to leverage degree knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment, with many graduates using this role as a precursor to a Masters or a PGCE.
