Are you an experienced SENCo or an ambitious teacher looking to step into a leadership role in SEND?
We are working with a high-achieving, inclusive primary school in Southwark to appoint a dedicated and driven SENCo from September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to lead SEND provision and make a meaningful impact on the lives of pupils with additional needs.

SENCo – The Role
- Permanent, full-time SENCo position starting September 2025.
- Salary: MPS/UPS (Inner London) + TLR.
- Shape and lead SEND policy, ensuring the best possible support for all pupils.
- Provide expert guidance to teachers, ensuring inclusive teaching and effective interventions.
- Work closely with parents, staff and external professionals to ensure every child thrives.
- Oversee EHCPs, assessments, and statutory SEND requirements.
- Supportive & Collaborative Team: Work alongside passionate educators dedicated to inclusive teaching.

- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and ideally the National SENCo Award (or be willing to work towards it).
