Are you an experienced SEN teacher looking to take on a leadership role?
We are seeking a SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to lead and develop SEND provision, ensuring high-quality support and inclusion for all students, starting September 2025.
The Role of a SENCO & Requirements:
- Oversee and develop the school’s SEND provision, ensuring all students receive the support they need.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement effective strategies for students with additional needs.
- Coordinate EHCPs, assessments, and interventions to enhance student progress.
- Liaise with parents, external agencies, and school leadership to promote inclusion and accessibility.
- Hold QTS (or equivalent) with a strong track record in SEND support.
- National SENCO Award (or willingness to complete it).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
