Are you an empathetic, creative and resilient SENCo looking to start an exciting and progressive new role for September 2025?
Do you have a proven track record of improving outcomes amongst the most vulnerable cohort of Primary children?
We're working with an inclusive and reputable Primary School based in Croydon to support them with the appointment of their next SENCo.
The school is seeking a compassionate, robust and highly effective individual with a strong track record of supporting vulnerable children, negotiating resistant behaviour and successfully engaging dysregulated and disengaged young people and those with anxiety disorders.
You’ll play a key role in identifying student needs, liaising with parents and carers and coordinating with external agencies. A strong commitment to raising attendance and engagement—especially for students with SEND—is essential.
