An Outstanding Primary School in Kensington & Chelsea is looking for a dedicated SEND Partner Teacher to support a child with high needs, providing essential guidance and encouragement within a nurturing environment.

• SEND Partner Teacher position starting immediately and continuing through to July 2025.
• Work closely with a child with high needs, supporting their educational and social development.
