Your Role as SENDCo:
- Champion and lead the school’s provision for students with SEND, ensuring every young person receives the tailored support they need to thrive.
- Oversee the creation, implementation, and review of EHCPs, working closely with teachers, families, and external agencies.
- Deliver training and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of inclusive teaching.
- Monitor progress and assess the impact of interventions to ensure exceptional outcomes for students with SEND.
