A dynamic secondary school in Barnet is seeking an enthusiastic SENDCo to lead its SEND provision from September 2025.
 
Your Role as SENDCo:

• Champion and lead the school’s provision for students with SEND, ensuring every young person receives the tailored support they need to thrive.
• Oversee the creation, implementation, and review of EHCPs, working closely with teachers, families, and external agencies.
• Deliver training and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of inclusive teaching.
• Monitor progress and assess the impact of interventions to ensure exceptional outcomes for students with SEND.
