Job description
SENDCo | Secondary Schools | Camden
Are you an experienced SENDCo looking for a fresh challenge? Or you’re an aspiring SEND leader ready to take the next step? If you are considering your options but not sure where to start, I can help.
I collaborate with secondary schools across Camden that are looking for talented SENDCos to drive inclusive practice and support students with SEND to thrive. Whether you're seeking a role with more leadership responsibility, a change of environment, or simply exploring what’s out there, I can guide you through the process.
Many of the schools I work with offer:
-A supportive SLT that values SEND and inclusion
-Opportunities for professional development and career progression
-Well-structured SEND departments with strong pastoral teams
-Competitive salaries in line with experience
-Flexible April or September 2025 start dates
If you hold (or are working towards) the NASENCO qualification, have experience working with students with diverse needs, and are enthusiastic about ensuring every young person receives the support they deserve, let us have a chat.
Even if you are not actively looking but are open to hearing about potential opportunities, I would love to connect and explore how I can support you in finding the right school.
Drop me a message, or send over your CV, and let us talk about what is next for you.
