Inner London MPS/UPS + TLR2b | Start: September 2025 or sooner | Camden
An exceptional middle school for boys aged 11–13 in Camden, part of an outstanding Multi-Academy Trust, is seeking a skilled and passionate SENDCo to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2025 or sooner.
The successful SENDCo will take a leading role in ensuring the needs of pupils with SEND are met effectively and inclusively. As SENDCo, they will work closely with staff, families, and external professionals to create tailored strategies that support academic and personal development. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher looking to step into leadership, or for an existing SENDCo seeking a new challenge in a high-performing and well-supported environment.

- Hold (or be working towards) the National Award for SEN Co-ordination
- Have a proven track record of working with students with a range of special educational needs
- Be confident supporting and guiding teachers to deliver high-quality inclusive practice
- Be highly organised, with strong communication and leadership skills
