Are you an experienced teacher passionate about supporting students with SEND?
We are seeking a SENCO to lead the provision for students with additional learning needs, ensuring they receive the support they need to succeed, starting September 2025.
The Role of a SENCO & Requirements:
- Oversee the provision for students with SEND, ensuring effective support strategies.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
- Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs).
- Train and support staff in inclusive teaching practices.
- Hold QTS (or equivalent) with experience in SEND provision.
- The National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to obtain it).
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
