We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Speech and Language Teaching Assistant to join the team of one of our Barking & Dagenham Schools. They are looking for Candidates to focus on meeting targets and leading interventions. You will be working with Students across a multitude of age groups, working with students who require tailored support.

Speech and Language Teaching Assistant | Job Summary

• Integral part in the schools specialised Speech and Language Unit
• Collaborative teamwork with experienced professionals who are eager to guide and mentor you on your journey.
• Work closely with students with diverse communication needs to assess, plan, and deliver tailored interventions.
• Create engaging and innovative therapy plans to help students overcome communication barriers and reach their goal
• A degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to different challenges.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development.
