Role Overview:
As a STEM Graduate, you will:
- Support teachers with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Work closely with experienced educators to drive student progress and academic success
- Provide tailored one-on-one tutoring to help students strengthen their understanding of your specific STEM subject
- Foster an engaging, supportive atmosphere that encourages student growth
- Develop your teaching skills and gain valuable experience managing diverse classroom dynamics
Requirements:
- A 2:1 bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM-related subject from a Top 20 UK university
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in a tutoring or teaching role
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle and prevent disruptive behaviour
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping students succeed and advance in their studies
