Role Overview:
As a STEM Graduate, you will:

• Support teachers with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Work closely with experienced educators to drive student progress and academic success
• Provide tailored one-on-one tutoring to help students strengthen their understanding of your specific STEM subject
• Foster an engaging, supportive atmosphere that encourages student growth
• Develop your teaching skills and gain valuable experience managing diverse classroom dynamics

 

Requirements:

• A 2:1 bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM-related subject from a Top 20 UK university
• Previous experience working with children, ideally in a tutoring or teaching role
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle and prevent disruptive behaviour
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping students succeed and advance in their studies
