We are currently seeking a motivated STEM graduate to join a secondary school in Tower Hamlets, starting immediately. This full-time, term-time position offers a competitive weekly salary of £450-500, running until July 2025. Job Role: As a STEM Graduate, you will:

  • Assist in classroom management and support lesson delivery in Maths and Science
  • Collaborate with senior teachers to enhance student learning and progress
  • Provide one-to-one tutoring sessions, helping students to improve their Maths and Science results
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere for all students
  • Build on your teaching experience and develop skills in managing diverse classrooms
 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject from a top 20 UK university
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly in a teaching or support role
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Patience, resilience, and a strong passion for helping students succeed
