Job Role: As a STEM Graduate, you will:
- Assist in classroom management and support lesson delivery in Maths and Science
- Collaborate with senior teachers to enhance student learning and progress
- Provide one-to-one tutoring sessions, helping students to improve their Maths and Science results
- Foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere for all students
- Build on your teaching experience and develop skills in managing diverse classrooms
Requirements:
- A minimum of a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject from a top 20 UK university
- Previous experience working with children, particularly in a teaching or support role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Patience, resilience, and a strong passion for helping students succeed
