Role Overview: As a STEM Graduate, your duties will include:
- Supporting classroom management
- Working alongside experienced teachers to enhance student learning and progress
- Offering personalised one-on-one tutoring to boost students’ performance in both subjects
- Creating an engaging, positive environment that fosters student improvement
- Refine your teaching abilities and obtain practise in managing a variety of classroom situations
Requirements:
- A 2:1 degree or higher in a STEM-related discipline from a Top 20 UK university
- Prior experience working with children, especially in a tutoring/educating capacity
- The ability to communicate ideas effectively and mitigate disruptive behaviour
- Honest enthusiasm for seeing students succeed and progress
