Role Overview: As a STEM Graduate, your duties will include:

• Supporting classroom management
• Working alongside experienced teachers to enhance student learning and progress
• Offering personalised one-on-one tutoring to boost students’ performance in both subjects
• Creating an engaging, positive environment that fosters student improvement
• Refine your teaching abilities and obtain practise in managing a variety of classroom situations

 

Requirements:

• A 2:1 degree or higher in a STEM-related discipline from a Top 20 UK university
• Prior experience working with children, especially in a tutoring/educating capacity
• The ability to communicate ideas effectively and mitigate disruptive behaviour
• Honest enthusiasm for seeing students succeed and progress
