A high-performing secondary school in Harrow is looking for a Teaching Assistant to come into lessons and support their KS3-KS5 students throughout their esteemed establishment. A Teaching Assistant will be responsible for helping students in a plethora of subjects and helping students reach their full potential. Teaching assistants will be expected to provide support in the core subjects.

Teaching Assistant | About the job:

• A First-Class Degree is Mandatory. An Upper-Second Class Degree from a Top-20 University will also be considered.
• A Teaching Assistant will be between £96-£105 a day depending on experience | Paid Weekly via PAYE.
• Applicants will be responsible for supporting students with various abilities and helping them reach their full potential.
• The main subjects Teaching Assistant will be expected to help within their specialism, but may be asked to help in other subjects.
• It would be advantageous if applicants to the Teaching Assistant position have previous child-centred experience and experience with SEND.
• Previous Tutoring and Education experience will be looked upon fondly.
• You may be tasked with hosting small-group interventions, supporting students 1-1 or supporting across a class during lessons.
