Trainee English Teacher | Barking & Dagenham

At Ribbons & Reeves, we are looking for a Trainee English Teacher to work on a whole class, small group and 1:1 basis with students to provide learning sessions for GCSE and A-Level exams.

Trainee English Teacher | Job Summary

• £90-£100 per week (inclusive of holiday pay) | Paid weekly via PAYE
• September start, full time, term-time only
• Specialised on-the-job training
• Working alongside an outstanding English department
• Supporting the Class Teacher with lesson planning, delivering and behaviour management
• Teacher Training opportunities available further down the line
• One of the best schools for Student attainment in the local area

You will need to have a 1:1 or 2:1 English Degree from a leading UK University for this Trainee English Teacher role. Child centred experience is preferable but not necessary.
