Year 1 Class Leader – Responsibilities:

• Lead the school’s first-ever Year 1 cohort, ensuring students thrive academically and personally.
• Deliver exceptional lessons that foster a love for learning and ensure progress in phonics and core subjects.
• Create a positive and aspirational year group culture, aligned with the school’s values.
• Develop strong relationships with students and families through consistent communication and support.
• Support and develop other Year 1 teachers to deliver a high-quality curriculum and maintain high expectations.
• Contribute to the overall school culture by celebrating student success and maintaining exemplary behaviour.

Year 1 Class Leader – Essential Requirements:
