We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Year 2 ECT who’s eager to take advantage of development opportunities and guide our students through an ambitious, well-designed and well-sequenced curriculum.

Year 2 ECT - Key Responsibilities/what we are looking for:

• Prepare children for a successful future through an ambitious curriculum.
• Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, discussions, and independence.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support in extra-curricular projects and initiatives e.g. visits to the local veterinary and supporting charities (water aid and dogs trust).
• A Year 2 ECT who can instil a ‘can do’ attitude.
• A personalised approach to teaching, with prepared lessons available.
