​I’ll be coming up to my one-year anniversary at Ribbons & Reeves soon, and I am really pleased with how the year has gone. The environment here is great, one thing I can confidently say is that I could go to anyone here with a question, and they’d be happy to help. Tied in with all our busy working days, I know there is always someone who will be there – whether it be a director, manager, senior consultant, or someone on the same level as myself. Another thing that is great, is seeing the results first hand, and the whole team celebrating every single deal. Everyone is important here, and each success – no matter how big or small – is recognised and seen. Both individual and team targets really help me to push myself to get accepted onto incentives. They are challenging but definitely achievable, which makes us all feel really accomplished when we reach it! The incentives are always exciting, and how can I turn down free drinks on Thursdays…?!A lot of exciting things are happening here at the minute, with a new office in central London, bringing loads of new members of team R&R. Offices expanding, bigger team, we’ve got a clear view of what lies ahead and I’m so excited to see everything fall into place!
