​As a recent Criminology & Criminal Psychology Graduate, Mia is eager to forge a career in Recruitment, and joins R&R as the specialist Recruiter for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets!

Before starting her Recruitment career, Mia was a Sales Assistant for 5 years alongside her studies, supporting individuals with their purchasing journey, and to this day can still automatically tell a persons’ waist size. She has since been using these transferable people-skills to help Graduates and Teachers to find their dream jobs, with the goal of making a difference on the lives of educators and students in Central London.

Outside of work, Mia enjoys bottomless brunches (although she insists on buying a new outfit for every event), trying out different restaurants, and catching up on her favourite TV series.
