Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome challenges and achieve their potential as a Behaviour Mentor?


A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Behaviour Mentor to join a forward-thinking and inclusive school in Tower Hamlets. This role is perfect for an individual with experience in behaviour management (SEMH), youth work, or SEN who is eager to make a real difference in students’ lives.


Behaviour Mentor | Job Summary
  • Full-time term time only Behaviour Mentor role | Long term contract until July 2025
  • Work alongside qualified SEMH professionals, Specialist Teachers and Educational Psychologists
  • Experience supporting children with SEMH/SEN is essential
  • Role Paying £400-£500 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
  • First-Class or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK University
 

Behaviour Mentor | Job Role
  • Work closely with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups who require additional support to manage their behaviour and thrive academically
  • Supporting and comforting disengaged and disruptive students
  • Assist in de-escalating challenging situations and ensuring a safe learning environment for all
  • Develop and implement behaviour management strategies in collaboration with teachers and support staff
