Autism Support Assistant | Barking & Dagenham | ASAP Start 
We are seeking a passionate Autism Support Assistant for a primary school in Barking & Dagenham. This Ofsted 'Good' rated school focuses on strong behaviour management and offers a supportive environment for staff.

Key Requirements:

• 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology Degree from a leading UK university
• Previous experience working with SEN children required
• Confidence to support Autistic children without formal training

Role Specifics:

• Provide 1:1 support for non-verbal students
• Assist students with emotional regulation and basic tasks (e.g. eating)
• Encourage progress and attainment
• Work closely with SEN provision to ensure effective support

Contract Details:

• Full-time, term-time only
• ASAP start
