Behaviour Mentor | Kingston-upon-Thames | Immediate Start

Are you a Psychology graduate from a top 20 university with aspirations to work with children who have challenging behaviours and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a vibrant school in Kingston-upon-Thames as a Behaviour Mentor. This role will provide invaluable experience in supporting students who need extra guidance to thrive.

Behaviour Mentor | What We Offer:

Behaviour Mentor | Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEMH and behavioural needs
  • Implement behaviour management strategies alongside teaching staff
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere
  • Help students overcome behavioural barriers to learning and reach their potential
  • Collaborate with staff to develop and monitor behaviour support plans
 
Behaviour Mentor | Ideal Candidate:
  • A degree in Psychology from a top 20 university
  • A passion for supporting children with challenging behaviours and SEMH needs
  • Strong communication, empathy, and behaviour management skills
  • Previous experience working with children, especially in a school or child-centred setting, is desirable
