Behaviour Mentor | Job Summary
- Full-time term time only Behaviour Mentor role – Commencing asap until the end of the academic year
- Work alongside qualified SEMH professionals, Specialist Teachers and Educational Psychologists
- Role Paying £420-£500 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
- Minimum 2:1 Psychology-related degree from a top 10 UK University
Behaviour Mentor | Job Role
- Provide extra support to small groups of students and on a 1:1 basis
- Highly rewarding role making a meaningful impact on children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties needs
- Supporting and comforting disengaged and disruptive students
- Calmly de-escalate situations to ensure a safe environment for all students
