Behaviour Mentor | Job Summary

• Full-time term time only Behaviour Mentor role – Commencing asap until the end of the academic year
• Work alongside qualified SEMH professionals, Specialist Teachers and Educational Psychologists
• Role Paying £420-£500 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
• Minimum 2:1 Psychology-related degree from a top 10 UK University

Behaviour Mentor | Job Role

• Provide extra support to small groups of students and on a 1:1 basis
• Highly rewarding role making a meaningful impact on children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties needs
• Supporting and comforting disengaged and disruptive students
• Calmly de-escalate situations to ensure a safe environment for all students
