Behaviour Mentor – Tower Hamlets - ASAP

Do you have a strong passion for helping young people improve their behaviour? Do you find fulfilment in making a meaningful impact on others' lives?

A secondary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a Behaviour Mentor with a relevant UK university qualification, and you could be the ideal candidate!

Requirements:

  • A UK university degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
  • A confident and enthusiastic approach to working with students facing behavioural challenges
 
Role:

  • Work closely with the SENDCo, pastoral staff, and other colleagues to address and reduce behavioural issues
  • Build positive relationships with students to guide them towards better outcomes
  • Maintain a safe and supportive school environment for all student
 
Tower Hamlets – Full time, term time only – £90-100 a day
